The Club Room (EE 284)

Our club room is the hub for all things ECE. It's a space to study, collaborate on projects, or just hang out between classes. Please help us keep the tables and room clean for everyone to use.

The snack bar is open for everyone to purchase from, you do not have to be a paid member. The refrigerator and microwave are also free for everyone to use.

3D Printing Services

The chapter maintains a 3D printer (QIDI Plus4) available for student use.

  • 30¢ per gram of club filament
  • Bring your own filament? Just a $1 maintenance fee, no per-gram rate.

ECE 1 Kits

We facilitate distribution of ECE 1 kits for students. Have questions about your components or need help troubleshooting your first circuit? Head over to the tutoring channel in our Discord.

$25 - includes:

  • Solder

Do I need to be a paid member to use the club room?

No! The snack bar, fridge, and microwave in EE 284 are free for everyone to use, member or not.

How do I become a paid member?

It costs $10 per semester. Pay with cash in EE 284 or Venmo @IEEEFRESNO, and an officer will approve and finalize your membership within a few days.

How much does 3D printing cost?

30¢ per gram if you use club filament, or just a $1 maintenance fee (no per-gram rate) if you bring your own filament.

What's included in an ECE 1 kit?

ECE 1 kits cost $25 and include solder, a 9V battery, and the soldering kit itself.
